About me
Hey there, my name is Anna Dia Adriani.
I’m an experienced leader with a proven track record of driving organisational change, scaling startups, and fostering high-performing cultures. As an accredited coach and corporate anthropologist, I understand that culture is the operating system of your organisation. My approach is rooted in deeply understanding your situation and addressing the underlying causes of your challenges.
With an academic background in the social sciences, I look at life from a systemic perspective and prefer taking a wide-angle approach to any question. Whether I work with organisations or individuals, I’m always focused on expanding existing capabilities and increasing self-reliance.
I’m at my best guiding teams and organisations through the messy middle - the liminal phase - where the old ways are gone but the new patterns haven't fully taken hold. This is where true transformation happens, and I'll be there to support you every step of the way.
